Jill Darosh
Leadership Team
An avid equestrian for over 25 years, Jill feels that the community being fostered in the central PA area is a delight to be involved with, and IEO is a pivotal part of it! As a child Jill enjoyed some low level eventing, tons of trail riding, and Pony Club. As a young adult Jill was a trail guide for a few years at a hack line in a state park near where she grew up on Long Island, she managed a tack shop, worked as a stable hand, and was a counselor/riding instructor for a sleep-away horse camp where she earned CHA certifications. For the past few years her main focus has been on Dressage with her Clydesdale cross, Amber, and Connemara pony, Squishy, raising her two young boys, and running her business, Kins’ Customs. In 2021 she and her husband purchased property and built a small horse farm in Mechanicsburg. Jill actively believes that we can always improve if we continue to pursue education, understanding, and knowledge. Jill is eager to help further the educational opportunities available to our equestrian community, as well as support our newest riders with confidence building opportunities. With a professional background in business administration, training development, and both classroom and field instruction, it is her hope to utilize her skills in service to the IEO community.
