The IEO Leadership Team
On behalf of the IEO Board of Directors and Leadership Team, welcome! The IEO is pleased to offer stress-free, friendly dressage schooling shows, offering classes from USDF Introductory level, USEF Training through 4th levels, FEI Prix St. George through Grand Prix, Musical Freestyles, the USEA Eventing tests, and USEF Western Dressage tests. We offer great judges, helpful volunteers and safe footing in a calm, horse and rider friendly atmosphere. If you are new to dressage or just horse shows in general, come on out and allow our volunteers to guide you through the process.
Thoroughbred Incentive Program and USDF Regional Schooling Show Awards
Did you know that scores from the IEO Dressage schooling shows count toward awards from the Thoroughbred Incentive Program (T.I.P.)? IEO Dressage does not offer sponsored T.I.P. classes, but our classes do qualify toward T.I.P. awards. To participate, you must obtain a T.I.P. Number for your Thouroughbred, and submit your own scores. You can find more information about the program here.
The USDF Regional Schooling Show Awards Program is new for 2020. To participate, you must submit a $35 nomination fee to USDF, and meet some membership and registration requirements. You are responsible for submitting your own scores. You can find more information about the program here.
Ask the Judge - Free Dressage 101 Clinic March 8, 2020
****Save the Date****
MARCH 8, 2020
1pm - 3pm
IEO presents a *free*, unmounted clinic at Giant Foods Community Center in Camp Hill. Bring yourself, a notebook and your questions. This is your chance to get inside the judges mind! To help prepare for this event I ask that you submit your questions to me via email :Hunterridge13@aol.com
You can also bring them to the banquet. We will accept questions at the event as well, but collecting your questions and concerns before the event will help the judges create a presentation that targets the info you need. The training scale and how it translates to the test levels will be at the heart of the presentation. I will request RSVPs as we get closer to the event. Thank you!
